Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Tarkle Studio provides AI-powered MVP development services. Tarkle is a startup studio founded in 2021. In 2025, we launched Tarkle Studio to help other founders get MVPs done. Tarkle Studio is a product/service of Tarkle Limited (Hong Kong), operated by Tarkle, Inc. (Wyoming, United States). These entities are collectively referred to as "Tarkle Studio", "we", "us", or "our" in this agreement.

By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Our Services

Tarkle Studio provides AI-powered MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development services. We work with you to understand your project scope, deliver a detailed scope of work, and build your MVP according to the agreed specifications within the discussed timeline. All work is performed according to the scope defined in our agreement.

3. Engagement and Scope

You submit your project brief including concept, requirements, and design direction. We review your brief under strict NDA and provide a detailed scope of work and timeline within 24-48 hours. Engagement begins only after you approve the scope of work and make the required payment.

Scope changes after project start may require additional time and cost adjustments, which will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is made according to the discussed rate. The payment structure is 50% upfront to begin work and 50% upon delivery. Payment can be made via bank transfer to Tarkle Inc. or via Stripe invoice.

All invoices are due upon receipt. We will not begin work until the initial 50% payment is received.

5. Refund Policy

Unfortunately, there are no refunds. All payments are final once the project has commenced. If you are not satisfied with the work, please contact us and we will try our best to find a solution.

6. Non-Disclosure Agreement

We sign a strict NDA with every project from the moment you share your concept. Your idea is protected and remains confidential. We do not disclose project details, briefs, or specifications to any third party without your explicit written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all rights to the completed work transfer to you. You own the final product, source code, and all deliverables. We retain the right to use generalized learnings and methodologies for improving our services.

8. Project Timeline

Timelines are estimates provided in the scope of work. We strive to deliver on schedule, but unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments. We will keep you informed of any timeline changes.

9. Capacity

We serve a limited number of projects per month to ensure quality. Project acceptance is subject to our current capacity at the time of engagement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
